GIVEAWAY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
ENTRIES CLOSE AT MIDNIGHT 31ST OCTOBER 2025
Eligibility: The holiday and cash giveaways are open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over. Only one entry per person is allowed.
Entry Period: Entries close at midnight on 31st October 2025. Late entries will not be considered.
Giveaway Details: The winner will receive one free night at Skeldale House
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. The winner is responsible for checking and adhering to the exact terms and dates specified below.
Dates excluded: You cannot stay on bank holidays, including Christmas, New Year and others- BUT you could add the free night to a paid for night at any time!
How to Enter:: To enter the giveaway, participants must sign up to our newsletter.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The winner of the holiday giveaway could you pass the prize on BUT must contact the owners of Skeldale House first.
Winner Selection: The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries, and be notified via email on 1st November 2025. If the winner does not respond by the 7th November 2025, a new winner may be selected. The winner will also be announced on our social media page.
Conditions: The winner is responsible for all additional costs that may be incurred relating to the holiday i.e. travel costs and insurance etc. The prize is for 1 night’s accommodation only. Booking dates are subject to availability. Once booked, the winner is subject to the property cancellation policy and any other terms that are stated.
Publicity: By entering the giveaway, participants agree to allow Skeldale House Ltd to use their first and last name, and general locality for promotional purposes. Other details i.e. photograph of the winner are entirely optional and by arrangement.
Liability: Skeldale House Ltd bears no responsibility for cancellations, delays, or other unforeseen circumstances affecting the prize.
Under no circumstances will financial reimbursement or compensation be paid for any losses incurred due to unforeseen circumstances affecting the prize.
General Conditions: Skeldale House Ltd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable.
Any incomplete, inappropriate, or duplicate entries will be disqualified.
